As our CIO states, speed is the new IP, we bring the speed by enabling modern technology platform and tools to enable our business and engineers to innovate more with less effort. In this presentation, we will focus on sharing our journey from initial cloud vision creation, how we created a simplified strategy to prove our technology selection, validated the assumptions, created an execution strategy, transformed our process and created a fast paced road map to move to cloud-native systems and decompose monolith to micro services.
