Bring The Pain Forward (Ep. 69)

How do you get everyone bought into continuous integration and continuous delivery? One tactic, says Miranda LeBlanc, is to bring the pain forward. Put another way, doing the hard stuff frequently is a great motivator to get people to automate these tasks. And CI/CD is all about automation. In this episode of Pivotal Insights, Miranda, a cloud engineer at Liberty Mutual, shares this and other tactics, from both a technology and culture perspective, she has seen used to accelerate teams releasing software faster and smarter.
